Christian Dior Couture in Geneva is seeking Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer care and uphold our luxury service standards. You will act as an ambassador of the Maison, making each client feel welcomed and cherished.

The role requires 3+ years in retail or hospitality, fluency in French and English, and a passion for fashion. You will build local and international client books, exceed sales KPIs, and provide outstanding service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality.
• Fluent in French and English; additional language a plus.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for fashion.
• Excellent communication, empathy and agile mindset.
• Ability to develop lasting relationships and deliver outstanding service.
