Job summary

Kempinski Hotels SA in St. Moritz is seeking a Trainee Food & Beverage for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will support Restaurant Les Saisons and Room Service, delivering high service standards, and participate in ongoing training in a luxury hotel environment.

The role requires organised, precise work, fluency in German and English, and a passion for hospitality. This internship offers a chance to gain seasonal experience in a renowned 5-star property.

Qualifications

• An organised and precise way of working.
• Ideally, you have already completed an internship in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Good German and English skills are required; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks and replenish the buffet.
• Participate in weekly training courses.
• Work according to Kempinski standards and welcome guests.
• Breakfast service and evening à la carte service.
• Daily mise en place and buffet service.
• Room service tasks including taking orders in German and English.
