DAMIANI Group is seeking an E-commerce Merchandising Specialist to join the E-commerce team in Mendrisio. You will support management and optimization of the online assortment, contributing to commercial performance and delivering an excellent user experience across the digital channel.

The role works closely with Merchandising, CRM, Marketing and Content to ensure a consistent luxury brand presentation, optimize product storytelling, and monitor KPIs such as conversion, AOV, and category

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising in fashion or luxury.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with catalog management tools and e-commerce platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and luxury brand sensibility.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage and update the online assortment on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product catalog, categories, and attributes
• Support online visual merchandising activities, including product placement across listing pages, landing pages, and site navigation
• Monitor commercial performance through key KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, sell-through, stock coverage, and category/product performance
• Analyze sales data and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimizing assortment and customer journey
• Collaborate with Merchandising, CRM, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure alignment on launches, collection highlights, seasonality, and product storytelling
• Ensure the quality of online product content (images, descriptions, attributes, cross-selling / up-selling)
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce merchandising performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations
