VF Corporation in Stabio, Switzerland seeks an eCommerce Merchandiser to join the DTC team. You will execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales, margin, and customer satisfaction while maintaining product listings and site performance.

You will work with Product Owners, Developers, UX teams and external partners to optimize PLP/PDP, SEO and CRO initiatives, ensuring accurate data and impactful product presentation across campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant eCommerce merchandising experience.
• Ability to manage product flows and site maintenance with accuracy.
• Experience with PDP/PLP updates and SEO basics is a plus.
• Strong data interpretation to drive site performance and conversions.
• Collaborates with buyers, marketing and tech teams across functions.
• Knowledge of marketplace processes is desirable.

• Build and maintain the eCommerce digital catalogue.
• Ensure data accuracy and optimize product flows to reduce friction.
• Go-to-market operations and feature products for campaigns.
• Monitor menswear and drive conversion through site optimization.
• Plan merchandising sequencing with attention to color and details.
• Support stock management and publication/removals.
• Collaborate with 3rd parties to update PLP/PDP and SEO tasks.
• Analyze customer behavior and site metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide feedback to buying, planning, media and marketing teams.
• Contribute to CRO initiatives with Product/UX teams.
