• Promote coffee consumption and tea blends by educating guests and selling related equipment and supplies.
• Present and explain the coffee drink menu and differences in beans and preparation devices.
• Prepare and sell coffee drinks following prescribed recipes and techniques.
• Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee beans, stocking equipment, and pastries.
