You will coordinate with the team, supervise daily activities, and uphold service excellence while maintaining wellness and sustainability pillars central to Six Senses philosophy.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years restaurant experience in a full‑service outlet or similar setting.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card.
• European Passport or valid Swiss work authorization.

Aufgaben

• Review bookings and plan for smooth department operation during shift.
• Ensure F&B area is cleaned, stocked and maintained to high standards.
• Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and comments.
• Assist in scheduling, training and feedback to F&B Host.
• Supervise the F&B Host team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Ensure prompt and efficient service per standards.
• Oversee mise-en-place and knowledge of menus and outlets hours.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and Six Senses guidelines.
