You will supervise hosts, ensure accurate knowledge of menus and wine list, and support the F&B Manager in elevating the dining experience while maintaining safety and sustainability practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management or equivalent.
• Experience in luxury hotel operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the operation of the restaurant to deliver exceptional products and services within brand standards.
• Enforce all policies, procedures and best practices.
• Support the F&B Manager and drive rejuvenation of room service and culinary experiences.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations and Front Office to meet guest needs.
• Maintain full knowledge of menus and wine list; recommend pairing options when needed.
• Uphold high safety, hygiene and service standards for hosts and guests.
• Manage purchasing adhering to Six Senses sustainability guidelines; conduct stock takes.
• Interact with guests professionally to ensure outstanding experiences and handle feedback.
• Coordinate with other departments and perform additional duties as required by the F&B Manager.
