Zusammenfassung

Medartis AG seeks a Learning Administrator (100%) to support global Learning & Development. You will manage LMS course administration, plan online and in-person trainings, and develop learning paths while ensuring GxP compliance and audit readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business/HR or related field, MS Office proficiency, and experience with LMS systems (prefer SAP SuccessFactors). Fluency in English with knowledge of German a plus, in Basel, Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• End-to-end course administration in the LMS (participant management, invitations, certificates) and independently set up and manage training activities.
• Plan, organize, and conduct online trainings and in-person training sessions in the system
• Develop and implement learning paths and curricula in the LMS
• Maintain training documentation up to date (GxP regulations) and support audits
• Manage various projects, including quality assurance tasks

Aufgaben

• Monitor and evaluate training KPIs and prepare regular reports
• Act as go-to contact for employees and managers on LMS and training questions
• Support rollout and communication of new Learning & Development initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning processes and user experience
• Work independently as well as in a team with strong IT affinity
