• 5+ years of direct planning, supply chain, operations, or related planning experience.
• Proven track record of exceptional project management with ability to deliver complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences at all organizational levels
• Good understanding of talent development principles, culture, organization development
• Curriculum development knowledge
