Ophtapharm AG, located at our production site in Hettlingen near Winterthur, seeks a Manager Training (80-100%). You will spearhead the transformation of our training landscape, digitalizing processes and implementing a sustainable, compliant LMS within a GMP environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Training, Learning & Development within GMP-regulated environments.
• Experience implementing and optimizing training processes, ideally including LMS.
• Strong understanding of GMP training requirements and LMS.
• Confident presenter and trainer with excellent German and English communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead transformation and digitalization of the training function.
• Implement and continuously improve a new LMS.
• Develop and drive the company-wide training strategy.
• Ensure training compliance and employee qualification in GMP environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to foster continuous learning.
