Medartis in Basel-Stadt is seeking a Learning Administrator to support our global Learning & Development function. You will work closely with stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and the LMS admin team to plan, deliver, and continually improve training activities, ensuring employees have the right learning solutions at the right time.

This 100% role on a 1-year fixed-term contract focuses on end-to-end LMS administration, online and in-person trainings, and KPI reporting to drive quality across

Qualifikationen

• Analytical, process-oriented and IT-savvy.
• Detail oriented with high data accuracy; proactive and reliable.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR or related field and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in international environments.
• Experience administering an LMS (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) is a strong plus.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a strong plus.
• Excellent English communication; basic German is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Handle end-to-end LMS course administration and manage training activities.
• Plan, organize, and conduct online trainings and in-person sessions in the LMS.
• Develop and implement learning paths and curricula in the LMS.
• Maintain training documentation per GxP regulations and support audits.
• Manage various projects, including quality assurance tasks.
• Monitor and report training KPIs; act as LMS contact for employees and managers.
• Support rollout and communication of new Learning & Development initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning processes and user experience.
