Bühler Gruppe is seeking a Learning & Development leader to shape our global learning strategy and embed lifelong learning across our organisation. You will develop capabilities that align with business priorities and translate strategic ideas into practical solutions that drive measurable impact.

You will collaborate with the Learning Community, HR, and key stakeholders worldwide to advance capability development and learning excellence, supporting both employee growth and business performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Learning & Development within an international matrix organisation.
• Project and programme management experience with translating priorities into scalable learning solutions.
• Confident stakeholder management, engaging senior leaders and guiding without formal authority.
• Understanding of modern learning approaches including digital learning and AI-enabled solutions.
• Leadership and change management to lead distributed teams and embed learning in leadership practices.

Aufgaben

• Shape and evolve the global L&D strategy, offerings, and lifelong learning culture.
• Translate business priorities into learning solutions, career paths, and learning journeys.
• Partner with the Learning Community, HR, and stakeholders to position learning as a strategic lever for performance.
• Lead and improve learning operations, tools, reporting, onboarding, and key initiatives.
• Develop a small, distributed team with collaborative, pragmatic execution.
