Leadout Capital is seeking a Life Sciences Engagement Delivery Senior Manager to own end-to-end delivery for multi-workstream Life Sciences Cloud engagements, driving scope, plan, budget, risk and quality from kickoff to go-live. You will lead cross-functional teams and manage governance up to director/VP levels, aligning objectives and KPIs with strategic customers.

Competenze

8+ years in professional services or consulting delivery with accountability for scope, financials, risk and outcomes
3+ years leading large, multi-workstream programs ($3M+ scope) with measurable outcomes
3+ years Life Sciences industry experience (pharma/biotech/medtech) credible with stakeholders
Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams across geographies and third-party integrators
Experience managing engagement financials: forecasting, revenue control, utilization, margin
Knowledge of regulated Life Sciences (GxP/CSV, data privacy, promotional compliance)
Proven ability to run steering committees and manage customer relationships up to executive level
Strong executive presence and communication across technical/commercial/regulatory audiences
Ability to operate as a billable IC when engagement requires it

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end delivery for Life Sciences Cloud engagements from scoping to go-live
Own scope, plan, budget, risk and quality; manage steering committees and director/VP level relationships
Forecast demand, manage utilization, and ensure bid-versus-delivered margin
Coach and uplift architects, consultants, and PMs without direct authority
Contribute to processes, assets, and methodologies to raise delivery standards
Drive adoption and measurable business impact through AI capabilities and agentic transformations
Identify and mitigate risk early; manage regulatory, data privacy, and compliance considerations
Collaborate with Sales, Success, Technology, Product, and Support to align on objectives
