Job summary

EPAM Systems in Switzerland invites a Senior Delivery Manager to lead AI-native delivery for pharmaceutical clients. You will own scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and margin across multiple engagements, embedding AI and data practices across the lifecycle.

You will build distributed teams, govern governance forums with senior stakeholders, ensure compliance with GxP and data integrity, and shape pricing and delivery models in line with AI-driven productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data, cloud and AI/ML solutions.
• Knowledge of CSV/CSA and data integrity in validated environments.
• GxP-regulated delivery experience in pharma or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and margin across engagements.
• Run AI-embedded delivery across the software lifecycle and governance.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across EPAM’s centers in Europe and beyond.
• Surface regulatory impacts early (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GDPR).
