Job summary

Salesforce Switzerland in Zürich seeks a Life Sciences Engagement Delivery Senior Manager within Professional Services. You will lead cross-functional teams across multi-workstream engagements, owning end-to-end delivery from kickoff to go-live.

The role requires 8+ years in professional services, Life Sciences domain credibility, and the ability to manage budgets, risks and senior stakeholder communications up to director and VP levels. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated use of AI productivity tools, automation or agentic workflows with measurable impact
• 8+ years of professional services or consulting delivery experience
• 3+ years leading large, multi-workstream programs ($3M+ scope)
• 3+ years Life Sciences industry experience
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams across geographies
• Experience managing engagement financials: forecasting, revenue control, utilisation
• Working knowledge of regulated Life Sciences environments (GxP/CSV, data privacy, promotional compliance)
• Proven ability to run steering committees and maintain customer relationships
• Strong executive presence and communication skills
• Ability to operate as a billable IC when the engagement requires it

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams across complex Life Sciences Cloud engagements.
• Own end-to-end delivery from kickoff to go-live and handover.
• Manage scope, plan, budget, risk and quality with stakeholders up to VP level.
• Partner with Sales, Success, Technology, Product and Support to drive adoption.
• Coach architects, consultants and PMs and uplift delivery standards.
• Forecast engagement financials and manage margins.
• Balance regulatory compliance and data privacy in regulated environments.
• Build trusted relationships and steer executive reviews.
• Oversee delivery across geographies and third-party integrators.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigations with a clear path.
