Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Life Sciences Engagement Delivery Senior Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream Life Sciences Cloud engagements within Salesforce Professional Services. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage scope, plan, budget, risk and quality, and lead cross-functional teams through go-live and handover with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• AI tooling adoption in delivery with measurable impact
• 8+ years in professional services or consulting delivery
• 3+ years leading large, multi-workstream programs ($3M+ scope)
• 3+ years direct Life Science experience

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams across Life Sciences Cloud engagements
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from scope to go‑live and handover
• Manage budgets, risks, quality and customer relationships to VP level
• Coach architects, consultants and project managers to raise delivery standards
