Angst+Pfister in Switzerland seeks a senior learning and development leader to shape the group-wide People Development strategy and drive a modern learning ecosystem across the organization.

You will lead the A+P Academy, design digital content, manage the LMS and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to translate concepts into measurable growth. This is a global, intercultural role with a hybrid work model in Zürich/Opfikon.

Competenze

• University degree in Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Corporate Training or Talent Development.
• Experience in international industrial/technical environments.
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).

Mansioni

• Define and implement the Group's People Development and learning strategy.
• Drive the strategic development of the A+P Academy (LMS)—governance, UX, master data, and content architecture.
• Design and continuously improve digital learning content and training programs with SMEs and leaders.
• Lead and develop the People Development team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate group-wide onboarding, Welcome Days and leadership development programs with consistent learning experiences.
• Establish learning standards, evaluate training effectiveness, and develop KPIs and management reports.

YOUR MISSION

• Define and implement the Group's People Development and learning strategy, aligning training initiatives with business priorities and organizational needs.
• Drive the strategic development of the group-wide A+P Academy (LMS), taking ownership of platform strategy, governance, user experience, master data management, and content architecture.
• Design and continuously improve digital learning content and training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts, business leaders, and external partners.
• Lead, develop, and manage the People Development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate group-wide onboarding, Welcome Days, classroom and virtual training, and leadership development programs, ensuring a consistent and engaging learning experience across all business channels.
• Establish learning standards, evaluate training effectiveness, and develop learning KPIs and management reports to measure impact and identify optimization opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; further qualifications in Learning & Development, adult education, coaching, or learning technologies are an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Talent Development, including the development and implementation of strategic learning initiatives.
• You bring experience in an international industrial or technical environment.
• Proven experience with learning management systems and digital learning solutions (Avendoo is an advantage).
• Strong expertise in modern learning methods, adult education, training design, project management, and stakeholder management.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a passion for innovative, technology-based learning approaches.
• Inspiring and hands-on leader with experience in developing people and turning concepts into tangible results, combined with intercultural competence and confidence in an international environment.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
