Job summary

Weytec in Switzerland seeks a Learning & Knowledge Content Specialist to prepare technical knowledge for product management, sales, service, partners and customers. You will develop and maintain trainings, learning journeys and documentation to make complex information accessible.

You will translate expert knowledge into reusable content, coordinate deadlines across departments and manage LMS operations, learning paths and reporting.

Qualifications

• Training or studies in Learning & Development, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Business, Engineering or comparable practical experience
• Experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, Knowledge Management or a comparable environment
• Understanding of instructional design and ability to structure complex knowledge for target groups
• Experience with learning management systems, learning platforms and reporting is an advantage
• Ideally experience in a technical or software-related environment
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with stakeholders
• Independent, pragmatic and implementation-oriented with strong communication
• Very good English (C1) and good German (B2)

Your mission:You will make technical know-how accessible and ensure that the appropriate learning content reaches the respective target groups.

Your Impact:

• Developing, maintaining and updating learning journeys, trainings and learning materials for different target groups
• Translation of expert knowledge together with our subject matter experts into understandable, reusable and scalable learning and knowledge content
• Coordination of topics, deadlines and requirements from different areas of the company for the implementation of learning content
• Responsibility for LMS operations, target groups, learning paths, assignments, as well as reporting and performance measurement
• Creation and updating of learning content on products and releases for employees, partners and customers
• Coordination of external partners for instructional design and content production
• Maintenance and structured preparation of existing knowledge content in knowledge management

Your Experience and Competencies:

• Training or studies in the field of Learning & Development, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Business, Engineering or comparable practical experience
• Experience in Learning & Development, Enablement, Knowledge Management or a comparable environment
• Understanding of instructional design and the ability to structure complex knowledge clearly and in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• Experience with learning management systems, learning platforms and reporting is an advantage
• Ideally experience in a technical or software-related environment
• Strong organizational and coordination skills as well as enjoyment of bringing together different technical and commercial stakeholders
• Independent, pragmatic and implementation-oriented way of working with strong communication and facilitation skills
• Very good English (C1) and good knowledge of German (B2)
