Qualifikationen

• Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL or equivalent) and continuous service improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the global Workplace & Service Experience function within Global IT Infrastructure & Operations and provide leadership to Global Operations Hub.
• Define and continuously improve global workplace services, service standards and end-user experience.
• Drive standardization, modernization and lifecycle management of workplace services and end-user devices.
• Establish and continuously improve IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, service quality and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Platform & Architecture, Site & Production IT Enablement, Cyber Security and Business Applications for integrated solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and continuous service improvement.
• Translate business requirements into modern, user-centric workplace solutions.

To strengthen our Global IT Infrastructure & Operations team, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Global Workplace & Service Experience. In this strategic global leadership role, you will shape the future of our digital workplace, create an outstanding employee IT experience, and lead the evolution of our global workplace and service delivery capabilities.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global Workplace & Service Experience function as part of our Global IT Infrastructure & Operations organization and provide functional leadership to our Global Operations Hub.
• Define and continuously improve global workplace services, service standards and the overall end-user experience.
• Drive the standardization, modernization and lifecycle management of workplace services and end-user devices.
• Establish and continuously improve IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, service quality and operational performance.
• Collaborate closely with Platform & Architecture, Site & Production IT Enablement, Cyber Security and Business Applications to ensure integrated and scalable solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and continuous service improvement.
• Translate business requirements into modern, user-centric workplace solutions.

Your Qualifications

• IT background (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent) with several years of experience in Workplace Services and IT Service Delivery.
• Advanced education in a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in team leadership and/or managing global IT services in international, cross-functional environments.
• Strong technical and hands-on experience in modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, endpoint management and collaboration platforms.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL or comparable frameworks) and continuous service improvement.
• Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user experience.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel internationally
