In this strategic role you will collaborate with Cyber Security, Platform & Architecture, and Business Applications to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions and continuous service improvements.

Qualifikationen

• IT background with several years in Workplace Services and IT Service Delivery.
• Advanced education in a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in team leadership and managing global IT services.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the global Workplace & Service Experience function and provide leadership to our Global Operations Hub.
• Define and continuously improve global workplace services and end-user experience.
• Drive standardization, modernization and lifecycle management of workplace services and devices.
• Establish and improve ITSM processes, service quality and performance.
• Collaborate with Platform & Architecture, Cyber Security and Business Applications to ensure integrated solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous service improvement.
• Translate business requirements into modern, user-centric workplace solutions.
