Zusammenfassung

SCHURTER is seeking an experienced Lead Global Workplace & Service Experience to shape the digital workplace and elevate the employee IT experience across our global operations. You will lead the development of scalable workplace and service delivery capabilities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive modernization and automation.

Qualifikationen

• IT background with several years of Workplace Services and IT Service Delivery.
• Advanced education in a related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing global IT services in international environments.
• Strong technical hands-on experience in modern workplace technologies (Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration platforms).
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL or equivalent) and continuous service improvement.
• Service-oriented mindset focused on user experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, pragmatic, solution-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the global Workplace & Service Experience function within Global IT Infrastructure & Operations and provide leadership to Global Operations Hub.
• Define and continuously improve global workplace services, service standards and end-user experience.
• Drive standardization, modernization and lifecycle management of workplace services and end-user devices.
• Establish and continuously improve IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, service quality and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Platform & Architecture, Site & Production IT Enablement, Cyber Security and Business Applications for integrated solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and continuous service improvement.
• Translate business requirements into modern, user-centric workplace solutions.
