Zusammenfassung

SCHURTER AG in Luzern, Switzerland, seeks a strategic Lead for Global Workplace & Service Experience to shape the digital workplace and elevate the employee IT experience worldwide. You will steer the Workplace & Service Experience function, drive modernization, and partner with Cyber Security, Platform and Business Applications to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.

Qualifikationen

• IT background (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent) with several years of experience in Workplace Services and IT Service Delivery.
• Proven experience in team leadership and/or managing global IT services in international environments.
• Strong technical hands-on experience in modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365 and endpoint management.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL or comparable frameworks).
• Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the global Workplace & Service Experience function and provide functional leadership to the Global Operations Hub.
• Define and improve global workplace services, service standards, and end-user experience.
• Drive standardization and lifecycle management of workplace services and devices.
• Establish and improve ITSM processes and service quality.
• Collaborate with Platform & Architecture, Cyber Security and Business Applications to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous service improvement.
• Translate business requirements into modern, user-centric workplace solutions.
