SwissPeak Partners GmbH in Switzerland is seeking a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to lead solution design and technical governance on CRM implementations for international clients.

You will gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, design integration architectures with Azure and Dataverse, mentor junior consultants, coordinate external partners, and advise customers from strategy through to deployment.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in a solution architecture or senior consulting role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Sales and Customer Service.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience designing integration architectures with Azure and third party systems.
• Previous consulting or project experience is an advantage.
• Very good German skills, minimum C1 level. Good command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of solution architecture and technical design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
• Gather and analyse customer requirements
• Conduct fit gap analyses and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Design and document CRM architectures, including integration and data models
• Provide technical leadership to implementation teams
• Coordinate external partners and stakeholders
• Advise customers at eye level, from strategic planning through to implementation
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and architectural standards
• Support pre sales activities and customer presentations
• Mentor and support junior consultants
