Job summary

Who is Hiring is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect in Switzerland to own architecture and technical design for CRM implementations. You will gather requirements, analyse fit gaps, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while coordinating with external partners and stakeholders.

The role requires strong German (C1) and English language skills, plus deep knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based integrations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
Several years in a solution architecture or senior consulting role.
Strong practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Sales and Customer Service.
Solid experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
Experience designing integration architectures with Azure and third-party systems.
Previous consulting or project experience is an advantage.
Very good German skills, minimum C1 level.
Good command of English.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of solution architecture and technical design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
Gather and analyse customer requirements.
Conduct fit gap analyses and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design and document CRM architectures, including integration and data models.
Provide technical leadership to implementation teams.
Coordinate external partners and stakeholders.
Advise customers from strategic planning through to implementation.
Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and architectural standards.
Support pre-sales activities and customer presentations.
Mentor and support junior consultants.
