Job summary

ELCA Security in the French-speaking part of Switzerland seeks a Senior CRM Consultant to drive Dynamics 365 CE projects across Sales, Service, Marketing and Field Service. You will lead workshops, design target solutions and manage deployments end-to-end, partnering with business and IT stakeholders.

The role calls for deep Dynamics 365 CE expertise, two modules minimum, Power Platform knowledge and strong pre-sales & mentoring capabilities. Hybrid work, Lausanne or Geneva, 25 days leave.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation experience.
• Proven track record from pre-sales to deployment in a service provider.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with customer focus.
• Expertise in two modules of Dynamics 365 CE; Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.
• Fluency in French and English; German an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor aligning business objectives with Dynamics 365.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and map processes.
• Serve as Functional Lead for design, testing, data migration, and go-live.
• Advise on AI, Copilot integration into customer journeys.
• Contribute to pre-sales: scoping, estimation, demos.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers; mentor juniors.
