Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead composite structures development and certification activities for new aircraft programs. You will coordinate design, analysis and cross-functional teams to ensure certification readiness.

The role requires a Master’s in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years in composite structures development and certification, with fluency in English and German. A 3–6 month interim period is offered, followed by a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deep knowledge of composite structures development and certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Technical oversight of composite structures development for certification and modification campaigns.
• Coordinate and lead design, analysis and evaluation of assigned projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders across design, manufacturing and certification for composite structures.
• Report project progress including planning, budget status and risk assessments.
• Monitor technology advances and lead implementation studies for improvements.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external suppliers.
