Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking an experienced aerospace systems engineer to lead cross-functional electrical and electromechanical projects from concept to certification. You will mentor mechanical engineers on electrical integration, review designs and test results, and coordinate with external suppliers.

A strong background in RTCA DO-254 and related certification standards is essential, with fluency in English and German a plus. 5+ years in aerospace electromechanical development.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering required.
• 5+ years in aerospace electromechanical development and certification.
• Experience with RTCA DO-254 and related avionics certification processes.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Strong debugging and fault isolation on PCB level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional systems engineering projects from concept to certification
• Investigate electrical issues and modify electromechanical systems for aircraft
• Provide technical leadership to mechanical engineers on electrical integration
• Investigate electrical anomalies and support root‑cause analyses at schematic and PCB level
• Review electrical hardware designs, analyses and test results from internal teams and suppliers
• Coordinate technical and program aspects with external suppliers
• Define and support ground and flight test requirements
