Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks a skilled aerospace electrical systems engineer to lead the development and integration of electrical and electromechanical aircraft systems from concept through certification.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, review hardware designs, coordinate tests, and support certification activities while collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aerospace system development and certification experience.
• Experience in electrical hardware design and integration.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and integration of electrical and electromechanical aircraft systems from concept through certification.
• Investigate and resolve complex electrical and electronic system issues.
• Support system architecture, hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Define and support ground and flight test activities.
