Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead composite structures development and certification activities for new aircraft programs. You will coordinate design, analysis and cross-functional teams to ensure certification readiness.

The role requires a Master’s in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years in composite structures development and certification, with fluency in English and German. A 3–6 month interim period is offered, followed by a permanent position.

• Hands-on leadership experience in development, testing, manufacturing and certification
• Knowledge of CS/FAR-23 and/or CS/FAR-25 certification requirements
• Fluency in English and German (minimum B2 level)
