Zusammenfassung

Stefanini Group in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide local laboratory software support for Chromeleon CDS, OpenLab CDS, and Metrohm Omnis. You will be the first line of functional support and liaison with vendors.

In this role you troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors and IT teams, assist with software upgrades and validation, and help users with training and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting laboratory informatics applications.
• Knowledge of Chromeleon CDS, OpenLab CDS, Metrohm Omnis, LIMS or SDMS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP preferred).
• Proficiency in English and French.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-line support to laboratory users.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform initial diagnosis.
• Manage and monitor incidents, service requests, and change activities.
• Coordinate with application vendors and central IT support teams.
• Support software upgrades, patch deployments, and validation activities.
• Assist users with training, guidance, and issue resolution.
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
• Escalate complex issues to application vendors and L3 support teams.
• Support local laboratory digitalization initiatives.
• Participate in testing during system upgrades and releases.
