• IT Support 1st and 2nd level (remote and onsite).
• Hardware support (printers, scanners, handheld devices) and Windows environments.
• Support of computerized systems and deployment of new tools.
• User administration and documentation of installations.
• Coordinate with software providers and perform system backups/reviews.
