Abbott Laboratories in Baar, Switzerland, invites applications for a Sales and Customer Support Specialist to support the sales team and serve as the interface to customer service and technical support.

You will handle inbound inquiries, process orders, monitor contracts, maintain the CRM, and assist with tenders and reports for the sales organisation.

Fluent German with basic English, healthcare experience preferred, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset are expected.

Qualifikationen

Experience in customer service within healthcare preferred.
Fluent German; English basics required. Other Swiss languages welcome.
2-3 years in Customer Service; collaboration with healthcare professionals is a plus.
Analytical thinker with good communication and planning skills.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP/ERP experience is advantageous.

Aufgaben

Interface with internal service areas (customer service, technical support).
Sales support and order processing for internal and external customers.
Focus on quantitative point-of-care rapid tests and campaign follow-ups.
Monitor contracts and support the sales team for customer care.
Maintain CRM; handle inbound inquiries and orders; update customers on orders.
Prepare tenders and contracts; generate reports for the sales organisation.
