Zusammenfassung

Zifo RnD Solutions is seeking a Lab Compute Analyst in Basel to provide consulting, analytical and technical lab services across multivendor instruments and IT systems. The role includes in-lab validation, compliance support, and collaboration with customers and internal teams to define and implement desired future states.

You will gather requirements, analyze current processes, and assist with change management and validation activities while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS or life sciences.
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience incl. Windows, networking, remote computing and backups.
• Experience with virtual machines (preferred).
• Experience with scientific instrumentation (preferred).
• Ignition automation software experience a plus; training provided.

Aufgaben

• Understand problem statements and define scope.
• Gather requirements and assist with validation/compliance activities.
• Analyse current processes and plan improvements.
• Provide technical SME guidance and escalation support to Lab Support Technicians.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams and third parties for services and demos.
• Create and maintain inventory of lab equipment and software.
