D-ploy is seeking an experienced IT Supporter in Basel, Switzerland, to join our team on the client site in a pharmaceutical environment. You will handle 1st and 2nd level IT support, both remote and onsite, covering hardware, software, and laboratory IT systems.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English and German required for collaboration in a multinational environment.
• Experience in IT support within a regulated pharmaceutical setting is preferred.
• Strong IT background with familiarity in laboratory IT support is a plus.

Aufgaben

• IT Support 1st and 2nd level, remote and onsite across Basel.
• Support of Computerized Systems and user administration for new tools.
• Lab IT support, documentation, and troubleshooting for analytical software and lab PCs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP where applicable.
• Collaborate with software vendors and maintain system backups.
