PostFinance AG in Bern sucht eine/n Kundenbetreuer:in Support E-Trading. Sie beantworten Anfragen unserer Privatkund:innen rund um die elektronische Wertschriftengeschäft per Telefon, E‑Mail und Chat.
Sie unterstützen Kund:innen bei der Nutzung der Plattform, erfassen Börsenaufträge und sorgen für ein positives Kundenerlebnis. Workload 80–100%, Montag bis Freitag von 08:00 bis 18:00 Uhr, 3–4 Mal im Monat bis 22:00 Uhr.

Das kannst du bewirken
- Du beantwortest Anfragen unserer Kund:innen rund um die elektronische Wertschriftenplattform E-Trading kompetent und lösungsorientiert per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat
- Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei der Nutzung der Plattform und zeigst ihnen den Mehrwert des E-Tradings auf
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Erfassung und Abwicklung von Börsenaufträgen
- Du setzt deine Sprachkenntnisse im täglichen Kundenkontakt aktiv ein und sorgst für ein positives Kundenerlebnis
- Du arbeitest von Montag bis Freitag flexibel zwischen 08.00 und 18.00 Uhr. Zusätzlich leistest du 3 bis 4 Mal pro Monat Einsätze bis 22.00 Uhr
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder bankkaufmännische Grundbildung
- Ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung, idealerweise in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche
- Hohe Affinität und ausgeprägtes Interesse am Börsen- und Wertschriftengeschäft
- Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt sowie eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Teamfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Bankfachbegriffen
