Tasks depending on job profile

• Depending on the role, independent work at a station under the guidance of the head chef or head of the house or their deputy (deployment at all stations must be ensured). The employee will be trained
• Mise en place and preparatory work
• Assistance in the dishwashing kitchen and general cleaning tasks, all reasonable duties
• Implementation of the prescribed workflows in the respective shifts
• Compliance with internal service and quality standards, hygiene, HACCP as well as safety regulations

Profile

• Possible experience in a catering kitchen or as a trained cook
• You learn quickly and are motivated in handling food and kitchen products
• Flexible, resilient team player with initiative and sensible prioritisation of tasks
• Enjoyment in dealing with demanding national and international guests
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages an advantage
• Impeccable appearance and a well-groomed exterior
