You will drive cleanroom process development, wafer‑level fabrication, and quality control, fabricate silicon nitride PICs, document processes, and work with design and product teams to improve device performance in a fast‑moving, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in photonics, electrical engineering, physics, microengineering, materials science, nanotechnology or related field.
• Hands-on nanofabrication experience of photonic integrated circuits and MEMS.
• Cleanroom experience: lithography, etching, deposition, wafer cleaning, metrology.
• Experience with silicon nitride or silicon photonics platforms is a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in English.

Aufgaben

• Execute lithography, etching, deposition, wafer cleaning, annealing, and metrology workflows.
• Develop, optimize, document nanofabrication processes for PICs.
• Fabricate silicon nitride PICs in cleanroom facilities.
• Carry out wafer-level and device-level inspection and quality control.
• Contribute to mask layout, process design, and fabrication-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with design, characterization, and product teams to improve device performance and reliability.
