Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, physics, nanotechnology, microengineering, or related field.
• Experience of 5+ years in nanofabrication, semiconductor processing, wet chemistry, and vacuum-based techniques.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, optimize, and document nanofabrication processes.
• Take ownership of selected cleanroom equipment including deposition and wet-processing.
• Ensure safety ownership and maintain safety protocols.
