Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is seeking an ICT Support Specialist to join our client’s team, providing first- and second-level IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, network and communications issues, receiving escalations via Jira Service Management, and contributing to IT projects. Requirements: completed vocational training in computer science or related field, and hands-on experience with Windows 11, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support via Jira Service Management.
• Receive, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and communication-related issues.
• Initiate escalations when necessary and monitor them through to resolution.
• Contribute to IT projects within your area of responsibility.
