MF Group in Chiasso is hiring an IT Support Expert to deliver reliable first-level IT support and ensure a smooth day-to-day experience for employees. You will be the primary contact for devices, accounts, access, and collaboration tools, supporting onboarding and offboarding in a structured, secure manner.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in IT support.
• Hands-on experience in first level user support, including incident handling and request fulfillment.
• Good understanding of Windows-based workplace environments, business applications, and end-user support processes.
• Experience onboarding and offboarding with attention to detail, security and access control.
• Familiarity with account administration, user access handling, asset tracking, and ticketing.
• Strong communication skills and a service mindset for internal users and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide first level IT support as the main contact for internal users, handling incidents, service requests and everyday technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, access, and workplace issues, escalating complex problems to relevant teams.
• Assist with device lifecycle operations: preparation, enrollment, handover, stock, replacements and asset tracking.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding end-to-end: workstation readiness, account setup, access assignments, equipment return.
• Maintain support documentation: password resets, permissions, group memberships, mailbox support, IAM activities, checklists and FAQs.
• Monitor system alerts, trigger initial responses and communicate with users during incidents.
