Job summary

Anthropic is hiring an IT Support Engineer to keep our hybrid Zurich office running smoothly. You will triage issues across hardware, software, and accounts, support macOS and cross-platform devices, and help scale IT operations with automation and documentation.

Collaborate with IT Engineering and Security, participate in on-call rotations, and own processes from runbooks to knowledgebases while growing into more complex infrastructure tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service mindset.
• Experience supporting macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android devices.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues via ticketing system, Slack, and in person.
• Diagnose and fix macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian).
• Assist with enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement; support access management and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
