Zusammenfassung

Swisslinx is seeking an IT Programme/Project Lead to oversee a ServiceNow programme from feasibility to handover. You will translate objectives into work packages, manage scope and budgets, and coordinate releases with the ServiceNow Platform team.

You will drive governance, ensure quality, report to sponsors, and lead cross-functional teams while engaging stakeholders and vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions.

As an IT Programme / Project Lead, you will manage a ServiceNow programme and ensure the end-to-end delivery of related IT projects, from feasibility and planning through execution and operational handover.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Translating programme objectives into actionable work packages
• Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, costs, resources and delivery progress
• Coordinating release planning, platform upgrades and technical dependencies with the ServiceNow Platform team
• Aligning projects with the ServiceNow roadmap and wider strategic objectives
• Ensuring compliance with internal governance frameworks and delivery standards
• Maintaining the quality and compliance of all project deliverables
• Providing timely and transparent reporting to sponsors, steering committees and senior management
• Working closely with Global IT Service Management and IT Service Engineering teams to define priorities
• Identifying and engaging key technical and business stakeholders
• Managing risks, issues and dependencies across multiple projects at programme level
• Leading and motivating cross-functional project teams
• Coordinating external vendors and contractual deliverables
• Ensuring the successful transition of completed solutions to operational teams

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of proven IT project or programme management experience
• Senior-level experience managing complex projects using Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong experience within IT Service Management environments
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices
• Solid knowledge of ServiceNow and its core capabilities, particularly ITSM and Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Proven ability to manage dependencies across several concurrent projects
• Experience with project planning, resource management, budgeting, cost control and progress monitoring
• Strong vendor and contract management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving capabilities
• Structured, proactive and results-oriented approach with a high level of ownership
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Higher education in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Professional proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office
• Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken, at C1/C2 level
