Zusammenfassung

Swisslinx is seeking an IT Programme/Project Lead to oversee a ServiceNow programme from feasibility to handover. You will translate objectives into work packages, manage scope and budgets, and coordinate releases with the ServiceNow Platform team.

You will drive governance, ensure quality, report to sponsors, and lead cross-functional teams while engaging stakeholders and vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of proven IT project/programme management experience.
• Experience managing complex projects with Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery.
• Strong ITSM environment experience and ITIL knowledge.
