Experis Switzerland is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Programme Manager to lead the ServiceNow Programme, delivering IT ServiceNow projects end-to-end within scope, timeline and budget. You will translate objectives into actionable work packages, manage resources and budgets, coordinate with the Platform team on releases, ensure governance, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in PM within Financial Services or large enterprise IT, and certifications

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of proven Project/Programme Management experience
• Certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, IPMA) are an advantage
• Experience in IT Service Management environments and ITIL practices

• Manage the ServiceNow Programme and ensure end-to-end delivery of IT ServiceNow projects within scope, timeline and budget
• Translate objectives into actionable work packages with project and resource management
• Coordinate with the ServiceNow Platform team on release planning and upgrades
• Ensure deliverables comply with delivery standards and governance frameworks
• Provide timely progress reporting and align projects with the ServiceNow roadmap
