Nicoll Curtin is seeking a senior IT Programme/Project Manager with deep expertise in ServiceNow and ITSM to lead end-to-end programmes for a leading private bank in Zürich. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage budgets, timelines and governance, and drive successful delivery into operations.

Responsibilities include managing scope, risks, and dependencies, coordinating releases, and reporting to executives. Strong leadership and bilingual English/German communication are required.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Project/Programme Management experience.
• Strong ServiceNow knowledge, ITSM and CMDB.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead ServiceNow programmes and ITSM-related projects from feasibility through delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate ServiceNow releases, upgrades, and platform dependencies.
• Align projects with the ServiceNow roadmap and strategic objectives.
• Work closely with IT Service Management and IT Service Engineering teams.
• Manage senior stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and project teams.
• Provide executive-level reporting and ensure governance compliance.
• Lead project teams and drive successful delivery and transition into operations.
