Job summary

Connect44 is seeking a determined IT Help Desk Support Engineer to join the team in Zurich. The role focuses on workplace and user support, AV and meeting room services, and network/infra maintenance to ensure smooth operations across offices.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in IT desktop support, a solid understanding of LAN architectures, and familiarity with Huawei or Cisco equipment. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years hands-on IT desktop support, office network maintenance, and infrastructure operations.
• Strong troubleshooting of laptop/desktop hardware, OS, and office software.

Responsibilities

• Workplace & User Support: provide hardware/OS/software support and device troubleshooting for employees.
• Infrastructure, Inspection & Daily Operations: monitor server room, network equipment, and AV across meeting rooms.
• VIP Meeting Assurance & Project Support: support critical video meetings and assist IT projects and asset documentation.
