Responsibilities

• Provide professional flight services at our Zurich FBO and deliver welcoming customer experiences.
• Anticipate needs, coordinate personalized services, and ensure accurate handling orders for invoicing.
• Prepare and distribute flight packages with weather information, wind charts and NOTAMs.
• Coordinate hotels, transport, cabin storage, catering, customs and vendor requirements.
• Contribute to service quality improvements and act as a warm ambassador for Jet Aviation.
