Jet Aviation Basel is seeking a Cabin Installation Supervisor for Business Jets Completions. You will lead and coordinate a skilled team of Electricians and Cabin Installation Technicians to ensure flawless execution of complex completion projects in Basel.

You will manage daily workflows, monitor quality, and collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget while complying with FOCA, EASA and FAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling and cost control.
• Advanced technical knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of up to 18 technicians to execute cabin installation tasks.
• Assign daily work, monitor progress and verify quality against standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and regulatory requirements (FOCA, EASA, FAA).
• Maintain thorough documentation and report progress and issues.
