Zusammenfassung

Glencore in Baar is seeking an Employee Services Coordinator to join our Reception, Relocation and Corporate Housing Team at headquarters. You will welcome international guests, assist employees with services, and manage our front-desk operations, while supporting transfers and housing arrangements.

The ideal candidate communicates confidently in German and English, works independently, and shares a strong service mindset in a multicultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• Reception experience, preferably from a hotel environment.
• Very good knowledge of German and English (oral and written).
• Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team.
• Holding a Swiss work permit or CH/EFTA passport.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and support international guests and visitors as first point of contact.
• Focal point for employees for questions about services offered by the company.
• Operate telephone exchange (internal and external).
• Book taxis and other transfers.
• Manage meeting rooms.
• Support relocation and corporate flat management team with onboarding and settling-in matters, including home search and school placement.
• Perform various administrative tasks.
