bid. is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our Basel IT team. You will provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and networks on site and remotely.

You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, manage user accounts via Active Directory, Azure AD and Microsoft 365, and support onboarding and offboarding processes while collaborating with senior teams and vendors on more complex issues.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• German language proficiency.
• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and/macOS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience working with ITSM tools and ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support (onsite and remote) for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems on Windows and/or macOS endpoints, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, applications, and OS updates
• Manage user accounts and access using Active Directory / Azure AD and Microsoft 365
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including device provisioning and decommissioning
• Log and track all incidents and service requests in the ITSM ticketing system
• Collaborate with senior technical teams and vendors on more complex issues
